Description Asia Argento, although I didnt do this to create a portrait of her paticularly, i just liked the pose... my scanner likes to stretch bits of the image if you press your sketchbook flat against it...it did this around the nose to the top lip. looks better in real life, as everything always does.

Looks awesome. Though I agree, the whole drawing is so soft the blackberries seemed to not fit until I read your description.

I am a sucker for crumpled fabrics and you rendered it beautifully.

Her right arm looks skeletal. Perhaps it's the harshness of the shadows. It's distracting from the great work you did on the hair and fabric. The blackberries also look a bit too sharp for the softness that the image holds overall. Good piece overall.

amazing although it seems to me that her left umm... well boob (thats our left not hers!) looks a little flattened just below the fold of material if you see what I mean. I admit being put in a scanner would do that to any woman but just thought I'd mention. The material by the way, is stunning, as is the skin/muscle tone.
