Description Ringo-Chan is a Japanese UTAUloid made by the native English speaker Kenshi-P in May of 2012. Ringo's full name is Ringo Akiyama. Ringo is Japanese for apple, and Akiyama, Aki meaning ''autumn'', and yama meaning ''mountain'' or ''hill''. A borderline weeaboo, Kenshi-P was, as she loved Japan to the point where she recorded Ringo's voicebank and several others entirely in Japanese, and liked to boast about how much Japanese merchandise she owned, mostly including Vocaloid. Kenshi-P recorded four voicebanks for Ringo, including:

Ringo-Chan, the general voicebank,

Ringo-Ichigo, a sweet voicebank,

Ringo-Nashi, a whisper bank,

and Ringo-Abokado, a joke bank where Ringo sounds tipsy and drunk.

Kenshi-P intended to release Ringo-Zakuro, a sakebi, or shout voicebank in October of 2013, but unfortunately, it was left unfinished.

In September of 2013, Kenshi-P died in a car accident at only age 15.

Her older sister was texting while driving, and as a result crashed into another car. Due to no word being made by her family about her death, many users simply see Kenshi-P as being inactive, and had simply dropped the idea of Ringo-Chan. Unbeknownst to the users of Ringo-Chan, or who follow Kenshi-P's Youtube channel, they had been using and listening to the voice of somebody who has now been dead for over three years. Ringo-Chan's voicebank is still available for download.

Other Information:
  • Ringo-Chan's voice range is E3-A#3.
  • Ringo-Chan is fourteen years old.
  • Ringo-Chan's genres include pop and rock, but Kenshi-P once commented saying Ringo was ''adaptable'' to many genres.
  • Ringo's birthday is January 18th.
  • Ringo-Chan's character item is, ironically, a blueberry.
  • Ringo-Chan likes singing, xylophones, the internet, and picking fruit.
  • Ringo-Chan dislikes rats, the sound of metal, coconuts, and skim milk.
  • Ringo-Chan's release date was May 15th, 2012.
Her other voicebanks were released from July to August of 2013.
  • Ringo-Chan's personality is described as bubbly and energetic, but secretly ''masking a hidden intelligence not even Ringo-Chan herself likes to believe she has''.
  • Ringo-Chan is 5'7 feet tall, and weighs 148 pounds.
  • Ringo-Chan has a white cat named Chinatsu. Kenshi-P hinting about making a joke voicebank for Chinatsu using voice samples from her own cat surfaced sometime around June of 2013, but due to Kenshi-P's death this also never came to be.
  • A little sister to go along with Ringo-Chan became a concept by Kenshi-P at one point, was eventually dropped, with Kenshi-P thinking that she could just make a voicebank for Ringo that would sound distinct and interesting.
  • Ringo-Chan does not have an original song made by Kenshi-P. However, two original songs with Ringo-Chan, ''The Summer The Fruit Didn't Fall'' in August of 2013 and ''Hey! Hey! Are You Listening?'' in December, were made by song-producers that liked Ringo's voice. After it's release, ''The Summer The Fruit Didn't Fall'' was made Ringo-Chan's signature song by Kenshi-P.
  • Ringo-Chan is related to other UTAUs Kenshi-P was friends with and/or got the permission to relate to Ringo-Chan as a friend.
  • Ringo-Chan does have an offical website made by Kenshi-P, and has not been updated in years.
  • Kenshi-P does not exist. She's a character I made up.
  • Ringo-Chan is not a ''true UTAU'', meaning she will never get a voicebank that is released into the public. She is just a fictional take on an UTAU.

(So yeah, with this I just wanted to turn my thought of ''UTAUs having voice providers that're dead'' into a thing. Because once you think about it, there are millions of UTAUs that exist out there. How unlikely would it really be that a single person in those millions wouldn't be dead by now due to some kind of incident?)

Ah, I've tried to make a voicebank for Ringo-Chan several times, but it turns I just don't have the right materials to make it sound good or up to standards.
^^'
Ringo-Chan initially started out as an UTAU that wasn't even meant to have a voicebank, and was used as kind of like a character just to tell a story along with the fictional Kenshi-P.  Me creating a voicebank for Ringo-Chan in the past was done simply out of boredom reasons, haha.
So basically, I can't give out Ringo-Chan's voicebank at least right now because I'm not sure it'll sound very good or not, not to mention that Ringo-Chan was not created for the purposes of giving out a voicebank, funny enough.
Despite all that, thank you for asking.

Do you need a mmd model?

I actually have MMD myself, but I have no idea how you make models, haha.
If you'd like to make an MMD model for Ringo-Chan, that's fine, as long as you credit me as the creator. :>
