Great character design. The diagonal lines in the background make an, otherwise static, picture come to life with their dynamic presence.
Love the brushwork and the color palette-though the latter feels a bit repetitive lately.
You seem to be most comfortable with dark colors, especially purple but it'd be nice to see you experiment outside of your comfort zone.
Keep up the good job. This is a wonderful piece.

Again, you're talking(writing) about lines... I don't pay any attention to them... I just paint what i feel like painting...
I try to use an earthy palette so i guess it feels repetitive... Indeed, i like dark colors and i'm scared of trying some bright ones...

Brush quest can be frustrating... I can never recall what brush i used for a specific effect i did so i always have to search again... Just stick with a brush set that suits you and forget the others...
