Backstory: Zora was created to be a monster, a minion of the dark witch, Pendle, who intends to take over the world with her dark influence and destruction. Zora’s creation became so using DNA from Sonic’s quills, the blood of a zeti, and finally, some of Pendle’s magic. However, Pendle deemed Zora’s creation as a failure, for Zora was sentient, and was more interested in the world around her instead of the destruction that Pendle sought for. Pendle ordered for Zora to be executed by her minions, wanting to try again and fix her failure, but Zora managed to escape their clutches. While out and about, Zora saw families together, and soon bumped into Sonic - who currently had a paralysed leg - and Tails, both intending to do anything to stop Pendle. Zora followed them out of curiosity, and Sonic was amused by how much she looked like him. Zora followed Sonic and his friends on this adventure, becoming quite close with Sonic and Tails, who saw her as a baby sister. Although scared, Zora played her part to defeat Pendle and be rid of her forever. Once everyone had recovered - with Eggman helping Sonic to regain feeling in his leg - Sonic and Tails took Zora in as a sister, as she was a child in a teenagers body, and their friends helped Zora to get comfortable with her surroundings and her own style. Zora sticks close with her brothers whenever they go, even finding out she has two older sisters, Sayua and Lavender, and they all watch over and love their baby sister as she follows - protecting her from anyone who poses a threat to her.
