Two reasons.

1.) He's getting fatter (expanding)
2.) This is basically the previous Lugia with a new pose and some clothes, so it feels like an expansion pack to me.

I enjoy Lugia TFs, so I revel in the fact that there are so many!

Oh, I thought he was talking about how many Lugia TFs are on dA, which from I'd say there are hundreds of them. The world need more Druddigons, in my opinion...

(BTW, I'm having trouble with the plural of Pokémon names, would you say "many Scizors" or "many Scizor"?)

(By the way, I honestly do not know the plural form of most of the Pokemon...Scizor sounds like a more proper form of the plurar version of Scizor.)
