Twin brothers Billy and Tommy Maximoff were up to trouble again. The restless, fast-paced Tommy was usually the instigator, pestering his more quiet brother Billy whenever he got a chance. Not helping matters was the fact that Tommy's superpowers seemed to be developing quicker than Billy's, which he used to his advantage.

But before Billy could finish his sentence Tommy whizzed around him and proceeded to pull on his twin's tighty whities, getting them to reach almost to his shoulders already.
As Billy yelped in pain, the twins' mother Wanda entered flustered, asking what all the noise was about.

-Nothing Mom, I'm just showing Billy what a wedgie is.

Tommy laughed as he continued to run around the room, tugging at his brother's undies while he tried to fix himself.
Wanda looked on disapprovingly until she saw Billy get upset, his eyes beginning to glow red. Not wanting things to get out of hand, she cast a spell that promptly froze both twins in place.
