this is boots, my beauty of a harry potter oc. c: the title has a meaning, just read her backstory to understand xDD

name: Chastity Bloodwort
Nickname: Boots
Sex: Female
Year: 4th Year
Generation: Main Cast Generation
House: Slytherin

Personality: Snarky, Smug, Bubbly, Jumpy, Easily Provoked
Habits: Twiddles thumbs and fiddles with her hair
Likes: The Muggle World, Parties, Make-Up, Vegetables, Spiders, People Who Wear Boots, Arithmancy
Dislikes: Mudblood Prejudice (though she would never admit it), Professor McGonagall, Herbology, Gryffindors, Colour Blue

Bio: Boots attended Durmstrang's girls school up until her 3rd year, and earnt her nickname there. She was attempting to show off in her 3rd year Dark Arts class, and she tried to cast the Cruiartus Curse. It backfired on her and caused the neural pathway in her nerves linking her brain to her legs to break down, leaving her without the use of her legs below the knee. However, owing to the fact her mother taught Charms at Durmstrang, her mother managed to successfully enchant a pair of brace boots into doing Chastity's bidding, so she can walk around as long as she has the boots on.

Her mother transferred her to Hogwarts the next year to try to prevent any further damage, and her grandparents were delighted when she was sorted into Slytherin, them being devout purebloods.

She transferred to Hogwarts in Harry's 5th year (Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix), and was park of the DA, much to her fellow Slytherin's disgust.

During that year, she also became one of Malfoy's gaggle of fangirls, and eventually slept with him somewhere in her 5th year, but no kind of relationship was formed. He later told her that she was just 'stress relief', which ultimately caused her to take Hogwarts side in the final battle after breaking Slytherin out of the dungeons.

Boots bonded with Ginny Weasely during the year Snape was headmaster, and they became close friends, but it was cut short with her death.

She died in the final battle, killed by Rodolphus Lestrange.
