This drawing itself is a spoiler for stuff in Cantarella .D (don't spaz, it's not huge -- just some of the relationships that are materializing. if you're part way into book 4, then this is nothing.)Just....some of the hilarity that happens in Cantarella. But in a much more lulzy fashion than the actual books. This is the author's "contorted love triangle", as she calls it.
But I FEEL SO BAD FOR CESARE. omg. "Fool! What does he want me to say? ...You're the only one...who confuses me like this."

And I also feel bad for Lucrezia. "I've disgraced my own sacred feelings!" bawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
But I don't feel as bad for her as I do Cesare XD Only cause I love him more. But her situation sucks a little more, cause Cesare knows how she feels. (But would it suck more for him to know how she feels, or for Chiaro to be so thick-headed as to not see how Cesare feels? ...then again, Cesare never shows emotion XDD)

Chiaro and Lucrezia are cute, but I feel bad for Cesare.
Historically, Cesare is in love with Lucrezia (he's really possessive), Michelotto falls in love with a girl named Beatrice, and he becomes friend with Nicolos Michiavelli. ( Who's a bug in the manga... wth??)

Personally, I HATED Lucrezia, if for no other reason than for coming between Chiaro and Cesare. I kept hoping she would just DIE...

Yeah, I was pretty pissed at them both for a while, but it's subsided as I learned more about the characters/tried to be more rational lol. Hahaha you don't like any of the other characters at all?

It's not. Believe me, I've checked. At best you'll find the first half of the first chapter of 11, and I've heard there's a 12 too.
Still hate 'em. >.< But that's just because I was a Cesare/Chiarp fan pretty much from the beginning.
Hmmm... and of the other characters... I hate Juan, the Pope (forget his name... Rodrigo?), REALLY hate Sancia, am irked by Sancia's brother for loving Sancia... Volpe is okay, but I know he's just Chiaro's replacement. There aren't too many other major characters... Sancia's brother's attendant is annoying... Cesare's other brother, the kid... well, I don't know enough to like or hate him. But all in all, yeah, my favorite has always been and will always be Cesare, even when he's consumed by demons.

Yeah, that definitely made me extremely emo )= I was pissed at Chiaro most of all, cause Lucrezia had no way of knowing (though I was under the opinion that she was a total whorebitch for a good 6 months. trying to get over the hatred lol), but I was def v v mad at both. Poor Cesare ~~

I dislike Lucrezia because she sold herself out. I mean, she was complaining for so long that all she had to look forward to in life was to be controlled by men. So she pretty much ruins any chance she had of doing anything else! Heck, she had it good with Cesare's favor O-o I wouldn't mind being controlled by him, would you?
I'm mad at Chiaro too, but I still love him because of his relationship with Cesare...!
But at this point, I don't think they'd ever be together like they used to....(shattered fangirl dreams)

I know! It was...augh. Frustrating. Though he had been crushing on her since he was sixteen. Isn't she only thirteen or fourteen at the current (book 10) time anyway? (...How old is she? I've heard she's pretty young) Yeahh, true. But she's also a romantic, and Chiaro is both her and Cesare's angel of light. (He really needs to stop doing that XD) Mmm, maybe not ~ Though I think being over-controlled by anyone would becoming agonizing after a certain point.
I knowwwww D: I had to forgive Chiaro because of that. Yeah, they're in a pretty depressing predicament.

OOH! I learned something in school a few weeks ago! Chiaro (pronounced Key-R-O) is an Italian word that means "light". XD It all makes sense! I had been pronouncing it in Japanese all this time because it's so phonetically spelled like a Japanese name.
;-; Let's hope Chirao is strong enough to kill that demon-thing and release its hold on Cesare!

Yes! I learned that from art ("Chiaroscuro" is the difference between light and dark. I actually read a Cantarella fanfic with that title XD). But it bothers me, because in the back of the first book it says to pronounce his name Chi-Ah-Ro. Which is wrong if you're Italian...I don't know. I gave up XD

Hahahaha XD Yeah, she had a baby by her father, and she and Cesare were lovers for I think their whole lives. I think he was very protective of her. But Higuri took some liberties, as she should to make her own story work.

Ugh! sorry, but I hate that guy! he's so selfish and unlovable! but when it comes to Cesare, Lucrezia and Chiaro I kinda feel sorry for all of them, they all have their problems. and besides, Chiaro did thought Cesare was into him but Cesare denied and acted like Chiaro imagining things so Chiaro dropped the matter and thought Cesare was teasing him and at one time drunk. by the time Cesare revealed his true feeling to Chiaro, Chiaro has already fallen in love with Lucrezia and she returned his feeling. if Cesare had confessed sooner it might have ended diffrently. but I have to say I'm kinda surprised... I never thought Cesare will be so uke... plz don't kill me!(runs and hide)
