Listen, I'm a major Sonic fan myself. I've 100%'d Sonic Mania multiple times, and beat Sonic 3 & Knuckles multiple times, too. I love the classics, and redone classics. Sonic is an amazing series. But that doesn't make the fanbase good, does it? just because Cuphead isn't Sonic doesn't mean it's bad. Because let's be honest here, the fandom of Sonic at this point is going fast into hell. (Pun intended)

Just cuz you make a few games doesn't make you a fucking god. Calm your tits, dude. Cuphead is talked about since it's been hyped up for years and years. It was first announced around 2013-2015, and due to so, people gained a love for it through the art in the trailer. People expected just a short boss rush game, but instead, they got a game that expresses and shows the care and love of/for it's inspirations (AKA Rubber Hose Art from the 1930s), and it also shows the effort put into making simple gameplay into a fair but tough rage game. Hell, they even based the plot around the dark themes of Rubber Hose animations! They did their research and even made the game like they made Rubber Hose back in the 1930s. With pen and paper, and a live band for the music. Everything was made with care and precision and made to be a nostalgic throwback. Unlike the content I see from you, which is as cliche as most fan games. Your games aren't the quality of the likes of Christian Whitehead or Studio MDHR. Yours are games that can be made in months with a few gifs and PNGs, + basic C++ and Javascript skill. Hell, if ya wanna get as simple as yours, you could be using GameMaker Studio 2, which basically does all the work for you. As you can see, the quality of Cuphead beats the quantity of your shitty ones.
