SO Schminke has released a set of METALLIC and PEARLESCENT watercolours and, being the perpetual magpie I am, I want a set. Unfortunately I can't quite stretch to the £77 needed to get a hold of them from the art store I use.

WELL YOU'LL LOVE THIS UNIQUE BATCH OF VERY BIRDY RAPTERA!

Usually Raptera don't look this birdy but for the sake of these I stuck closely to the bodytypes of the birds I based them on. Except the grebe because I had to give it stupid giant feeties.

Each of these is inked and painted in watercolour.

For just $30 you can take one home! On purchase you get a higher resolution, watermark free image of your Raptera!

You can also get a British Bird based Raptera of your own for $40 each; just let me know what bird you'd like!

The Rules

- Once you've bought your Raptera, you can do what you like with them. Make them into characters, aliens, dragons, people anything. I just ask that you don't take credit for the (fairly minimal for this batch) Raptera name/general design.

- Please don't resell your Raptera for more than you bought it.

- I don't mind if you alter some of the physical aspects of the design (ie making the tail longer, adding more limbs, removing limbs) but I'd prefer if their birdy colouration and patterns didn't disappear otherwise there wouldn't be a point to making them!

I'm really keen on getting these paints to add some sparkle to some of my originals and I'd really love to get a hold on them. I'm trying to build a good base of different kinds of paint to try and expand my palettes. Also because I just love shiny paint and Schminke make really good watercolours. I'd appreciate any offers ; u ;
