Zech: Where is our son? He's supposed to be here by now! I didn't break my back in the Birth Process just for him to be LATE!

Clary: Relax, Zech. Late or not, you know he'll come. If you want, you can go help yourself to some monster-slaying or your hobbies to pass the time.

Zech: But I don't want our newborn son to be born in the battlefield, it's too dangerous, and monster-slaying is all I want to do at this point!

Clary: Then I don't know anymore. You'll just have to be patient. Who knows, he might be just behind you, you'll see!

Zech: Be patient, she said. He might be right behind you, she said.
