Mr Krabbs has a tough shell, but Scrooge was always "smarter than the smarties and tougher than the toughies". Krabbs has freakish claws and birds have fragile bones. They are both spry old men motivated by greed. Krabbs has enormous eyes, which Scrooge could poke out with his cane. Ultimately, Mr. Krabbs would hear how rich Scrooge is and would go in a berserker rage and squeeze him in half.

scrooge has won against people who are as clever AND as rich as him...
moneybag, Klaas clever, and even people from alternate dimensions AND a robot version of himself...
he traveled the whole world, was in more fistfights then mister crabs, and he defied the physics of law... he defended his vault from the beagle boys, a witch, a man in an armour who destroys everything it touches (on the outside) he followed his FIRST coin into different dimensions, outer space, to the bottom of the ocean, and even inside a cactus...
he mannaged to learn HOW to fly, to collect spare change who fell to the ground... he even traveled through cyberspace and has the power to controll time and space (even if he gave up on this power, because it caused him die faster)
he fought against gods, the minotaur, and he not only escaped the goldfeaver, he also traveled through time, defeated as mentioned a vulcano (even tough i didnΒ΄t know that fact^^Β° ) plays the bagpipe in such horrible ways, even tadeus would die from, and he is the only man/duck alive, who weaponized a cane to fight off cyberspace AND alien stuff... he also visited the nordic hell, fought against nordic witches and he survived many cave ins of his own vault... plus, he can swim in money...
crabs has a hard shell, but a soft interior... he is slow as hell, and his only oponent, is a plankton...
he was even afraid of a wave of anchovies, who stormed his restaurant for food.
toss a penny between these two, and scrooge would tear krabbs apart...
sadly, but true, a hard shell will not last long enough for krabbs...
