I'm afraid the Punisher will win this. He has more weapons, more powerful weapons (Rorschach doesn't have a rocket launcher), weapons with longer range (Rorschach doesn't have a sniper rifle), plus the training and experience to use these weapons effectively; he is also more COMPETENT a detective than Rorschach, able to use disguises and fake IDs to sneak up to a target, in addition to simply beating the info he needs out of some scumbag.

This kind of Death Battle idea feels much more ideal, due to the fact their both vigilantes who fight a war on crime and go beyond the law itself.
Death Battle should one day consider this idea over Judge Dredd vs The Punisher.

It pains me, but The Punisher would win.... he's better armed by a ludicrous ammount & no stranger to crazy.
Depending on which era, punisher had armour that could probably take a bomb.... also for a while he had the semi-automated Battle Van, basically a mobile Gun Cabinet & computer controlled Heat Seeking Missile Launching Platform.
Rorschach maybe tricky, BUT Frank could easily bring down the entire building to make sure he gets his mark.
Frank is also a proven sniper. Kind hard to dodge something from a Kilometre away in the dark

Punisher. Not only is he packing more heat and firepower, but he's arguably more skilled in h2h combat having been trained by the CIA.

The Punisher would win. As much as I like Rorschach he doesn't carry any weapons as he only uses his fists. Punisher on the other hand carries a lot of guns and is very skilled a fighting but most of all he the master or out smarting and fooling his enemies as he can make people turn agasint eachother. I would say Punisher

i say tie becuz they both have are good guy but i go with Punisher becuz i love his tactics to make sure those bad guys dont do those things again

Rorschach of course, the Punisher is emotionally depressed and can let that cloud his mind. Rorschach is not afraid to look death in the face and shoves his conflict out the window.
Besides, Punisher has an arsenal on his back, Rorschach has an arsenal around him.

Punisher is WAY more gun filled and experienced than Rorschach so I'll go with Punisher
