There both rulers of planets, I'm assuming if fight between the two of them, Nexus for pure fact of metal against flesh, but if battle involving armies or what not, It be without a doubt Tyr, if you look at old loonie toon episode, marvin was even given access to weapons could blow up planets, and one that even destroyed the universe.
