New style of chibi for me right here~!
A friend of mine requested me to draw her Woodes Rogers over on Tumblr (hence chibitortuga as the signature).
This is the first time I have drawn this character so there are most likely many inaccuracies.
You can only improve on your art if you do it more, right?
