Wendigo! Did I guess right? I love cryptids and mythological beasts, and I think you've capture the Wendigo's menace here with the peeking skull and marks of a feast underway.
You might like two cryptids from my state of West Virginia: The Mothman and the Flatwoods Monster.

Already heard many interesting stories about mothman. Flatwoods monster look sounds quite intricate oO
For some reason in my country we have no such city legends. I only heard that some farmers notised chupacabra in different parts of Ukraine.

Chupacabra in the Ukraine? That's the first time I've heard of sightings there. I know Bigfoot has been seen in my state, West Virginia. I once talked to a man who swears he watched one for about 15 minutes. It crossed his property, and it was like his mind couldn't process what he was seeing. Kept telling himself that he was seeing it wrong and that it would become a bear or deer any minute. Then it howled so loudly, he felt it. Creepiest of all, he heard a reply in the distance!

Yeah, once I was traveled with company to the folk festival on the west part of country.
We had to go to the village near that festival almost 30km but local people said that it is not really good idea, because some of them saw chupacabra!!!
That was the main reason why we were walking through fields and long old curve road through forest all night long, but haven't noticed anything.
After 25km we met sunrise and other festival travelers picked us by car to that village.
