Yes, crows are pretty amazing creatures. You'd love the ones around here. For a couple of years, we had a mega roost next to our building. Thousands of crows would blacken the pine trees. On some nights, they were actually trying to peck through our skylights!

I really love your use of red and black. It's such a strong (and often overused) color combination, and you treat it just right! And I absolutely adore your lines - they seem very decorative, almost as if they come from a fairytale book. Of very, very dark fairytales.

Don't worry about it. I do believe that with some good will we'd be able to communicate while both speaking our native languages. It would be hard, sure, but doable. For example from what I can decipher from "Нема за що" it sounds very similar to Polish translation, "Nie ma za co" 
And if it makes you feel any better, my grandmother came from Lithuania and I never even thought about learning the language >.>

Ah, oh no. I wasn't expressing myself very clearly I think the materials you choose work very well. I just wanted to express, that you show quite the mastery of your chosen materials, by applying them as clean as you did. I find the ink and watercolors that you use really contribute to your own wonderful style and I don't think there are better materials to achieve, what you are doing.
While for example marker tools are somewhat easier when it comes to creating even color surfaces, they do create a different style and come with their own set of problems (like the price). So I wasn't suggesting other materials. Just trying to make a compliment. Keep up the good work

I am open for the new experiance and materials.
Earlier I used to draw with fineliners and watercolor...
But that materials satisfied me not perfectly...
I used different materials, but still haven't used markers, well, professional markers.
Ink is my passion...
Black ink.
I found it perfect for my goals)
It is pity that I can't find same perfect red ink...or any other color oO

I am currently at fineliners and watercolor *laughs
But I find the fineliners to be a little limiting. The lines are not very dynamic. I thought about trying ink, but haven't had the chance yet, aside from some lousy school projects years ago x)
Markers are a nice tool, to create even color surfaces, but they are rather expensive, need special paper and lend themselves more to cartoony styles, because they are not easy to blend. I find them good to create hard shadows and cartoon stuff, but I can't stand the price. Aside from that I find white acrylic paint and white gel pens to be nice for highlights and plain old pencils/color pencils good for adding soft shading.
I am still in search for the perfect materials for my goals as well. It's a big plus when you are working with traditional materials. So much things to try out
