May I ask one thing??? Is it okay if I only used Photoshop to make a vector art, not with Illustrator??? Cz I really confused with Illustrator.

owh... so i must learn more... cz i still confused how to make a vector or vexel...
now i'm in progress to make a vector of my nephew's photo, and without brush, i try very hard not using brush... but it's just done 10% now in a night about 2 hours... dunno when it'll be done 100%...

good then , you may put it on vexel gallery if using photoshop, and you can put on vector gallery if using adobe illustrator, as long as never use brush
