I had so much trouble with designing this outfit.I had wanted her cheerful personality to show up in her outfit, and she had a totally different one before this was done. I argued with the boss for like 6 times, and it lasted 50 days before i settle down and got this done.
it was one of the most difficult things i've done so far in my work @__@
I didnt shade the flowers from petal to petal, was afraid of making them too dark. but yeah, i guess i should have shaded more.

It's the crosses, the additude, oh! the flowers, which are like a subtle reminder for the tricolor of the flag... hm, I suppose it's my case of the eye of the beholder.

Somehow your right. Its almost as if her clothing doesn't jump off the page as much as her pesonality would have liked to be shown off. As well, the footwear (shoe or boot) doesn't quite fit. The skill is there no doubt, but there's almost a hinderance to her true emotion of cheeriness.

the hair is a good quality of hers i agree, on of the flowers does look a bit flat. But i like it muchly; did you use an intuos 2 tablet and Ps for this? Well done, and the other characters in the series are great! Keep up the good work.
