If I'm going to be honest, with every feat and ability on the table, this fight would pretty much go either way. I might say that it would go WAY longer than Monsterverse Godzilla's fight with Kong and be more like Batman vs Superman. The Dark Knight Returns fight, not the DCEU one (which wasn't that good). Neither of them would yield and neither of them would fall. Both of them would pretty much barely still stand until a bigger threat comes along.

Gojira 2004

+ Fought an entire planetwide of other Kaiju within twenty-four hours; a total of nine Kaiju (Putting Monster X and Keiser Ghidorah as one)
+ Threw Kumonga through the air, out of sight. Which - correct me if I'm wrong - would be 1000 kilometers or more.
+ Lifted and threw a 100,000-ton Keiser Ghidorah.
+ Is a mutated Subspecies.
+ Endured a collision of "Gorath" point-blank, scratchless.
+ Atomic Breath being able to burst through the Earth's atmosphere to clash with said meteorite.
+ Hyper Spiral Ray pushing Keiser Ghidorah out of Earth's atmosphere before detonating.
+ Regeneration superior to Monsterverse Godzilla.

- Lacks the armor.
- Gets incapacitated by supremely-cold environments.
- Nearly lost to Keiser Ghidorah if not for Ozaki's energy.
- Nearly got overwhelmed by Monster X & Gigan.
- Too angry for his own good.

Godzilla 2021

+ Fought the likes of Scylla, the Mutos, and a fish Kaiju.
+ Snapped said fish Kaiju's spine. (Granted, this kaiju was incredibly weak)
+ Has eons of experience under his belt.
+ Strong enough to fight King Ghidorah; even ripping Kevin off.
+ Atomic Breath able to burn a Muto's head off and punch a tunnel straight into Hollow Earth.
+ Has superior armor and motion maneuver.

- Gets tired relatively easy.
- Using too much of his atomic energy would lessen the impact.
- Regeneration slightly lacking compared to Gojira.
- Nearly lost to King Ghidorah if not for human interference.
- Nearly lost to Mechagodzilla if not for Kong.
