I was surprised that Dreamworks decided to go with an older Hiccup. I thought they would simply rehash the old one, stay safe and stick ti the formula. But this shows that they might just be heading the other way. And if they lose some fans for doing it, well...

Actually the movie is based on all of Hiccup and there friends in there older teen years so around 18-19 years of age for the movie...
Astrid looks sort of different too but she looks prettier Hiccup just looks weirder and i don't like him this way!!! The only thing i like about new Hiccup is his BRAID!!!!!!!!
anyways yeah they are still teenagers just a little older.
