Sorry I don't do stuff for free with the exception of friends or family. What I would suggest is going to a good tattoo artist with a printed picture of this drawing that I've already done and explain that you want something like it but only the head. I'm sure they'd be able to come up with something for you. If you end up getting it done I'd love to see a picture Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
