Description
People were posting in again and it inspired me to complete another one of my dragons!In the project, we each receive one of the Legend of Spyro guardians to redraw as one of the original dragon clans - so I chose to make Volteer an Artisans dragon. Since he's so obsessed with knowledge and lore, it seemed fitting! I considered Magic Crafters and Dream Weavers, but Volteer's personality seemed too out-going for either of them.

Ahhh I love this! Volteer is my favorite guardian and seeing him in the old style is very neat! I find Artisans to be very fitting for him as well. The detail of the scales and the shading is absolutely lovely but the facial expression is my favorite part of this.
