I could stare at this for hours and find something new about it I love. That hatching and crosshatching is amazing really. I've been working with dip pens for years and have not even gotten close to this level of detail. What was the inspiration behind this? It look like there is a story to be told with this picture.

Amazing - there's a lot of work gone into this for an A3 piece, but it was definitely well worth the effort. Superb use of light to show the forms! Absolutely fantastic drawing!

Huh. Excellent use of lights and shadows. I'm still trying to decide if your robed falconer is in a cave of some kind or simply in front of a dark tower with a weird window. Going with the cave. Very visually interesting.
