Onikawa (Japanese: オにノカワ)The evolved form of Hariyama.
Type: /
Evolution: When a Hariyama levels up in one of the spiritual towers in any region while holding the Vengeance Stone, it will evolve into an Onikawa.
Pokedex Entry: Onikawa are the living embodiment of two souls. One is the Hariyama which held a vengeance stone and the other is the spirit of an agry deceased Hariyama that seeks retribution for it's death.
