Is time magnified when inside a wormhole? Can something cause a rip/rift/wormhole(whatever) by the Sun's rays on its way to Earth? A magnetic field or something?

An idea is to send an asteroid, meteor, or comet through a wormhole & away from Earth. I can't remember which one it was, but there something about energy required or used to make a wormhole, time traveling, the necessary speed, or whatever it was could be solved by using the rubber band effect or stretching & release.

When you pull the opening of the wormhole back, there's a new time at the opening. That could be the same as accelerating one end more than the other, right? Or am I wrong?
