Hayden Aidoneus Morton is a teenager living in London, England. During the Month of Chaos, he never left his house. Everywhere he went, the only living beings he saw were of those he knew were deceased--His grandparents, the former Prime Minister, even Princess Diana. Convinced he was crazy, he stayed confined in his house. From what he could tell, these kinds of occurences were happening around the globe--of the deceased appearing in real life. After the month was over, Hayden went out into London, particularly with his mother to work. He found there that he felt different around the corpses. Deciding to go home, he walked past an alley where he could hear yells, and saw someone being mugged. He yelled a cry of complaint and soon, from the ground shot up a spire of black onyx. It hit the man's back, and a bright blue light conducted through into the rock. Frightened, Hayden ran home and packed his things to run away. There he meets Hera, who tells her he is a son of Hades. She promises him help, and he goes with her to Lito Creek.

Hayden is the third ranger, and personally my favorite ranger. I lied about Pogue being my favorite. I changed my mind. Hayden is the typical rebellious punk rock teen of 17 going on 18. He's the youngest of the Big Three children, and is often treated that way by the other rangers. His personality is very witty and sarcastic, so much so that he's the comedy relief ranger, but sometimes morbid comedy. He'll probably be the most fun to write. He can control shadows(how he transports to Olympy and how he summons his I-Phone while in ranger form) as well as the spirits od the dead. Like, he can summon them and ask them questions and stuff. He can also control Stygian Iron. Think like Onyx, but it can suck your soul out XD I found out about it from the Percy Jackson and the Olympians Series, in which a character has a sword that can drain monsters of their essence due to being Stygian Iron. His middle name, Aidoneus, is an epithet of Hades, though I don't know what it means XP. His visor is meant to be bat wings, which I thought of as underworld-ish...Hades symbol is the Skull. His weapon is the Shadow Helm. Yes, his weapon is a helmet. 1) It was also the weapon of Hades, so, yeah. 2) it allows him to turn invisible, the mythic description as "concealing in shadows". So, basically, he can go invisible with the helm. Hayden's divine beast is the Death Divine Beast, the Cerberus. Its three heads are said to judge a person at the entrance to the Underworld. It forms the legs of the Olympian Megazord.

For the image of Hades, I had trouble thinking of a symbol that could go around his biceps and the bottom of his tunic, but I thought of that shape and it reminded me of a skeletal spine, so, went with it XD
