Ok. My first aim was to draw Billy Kaplan (Wiccan) but... He turned out that way. xD Does this even look like him?? o.o He started to remind Tim in some point... >.>____
EDITED 1/2013: I really hated that arm I first drew him. It looked weird. I firstly thought to just redo the arm but the original background was crappy so there. xD
It looks like Teddy took a picture of his sweetheart while they are stargazing or something. Billy surrounded by radioactive flowers. xD
