Description A quick shot I did of DaBoyz in anthro style. Just for fun.
The scanner faded out the writing. It says,
More proof that some men should not be allowed to shop for clothing unsupervised.

I don't know but what you wrote in the top left corner there made me laugh SO hard!!! XD

Awesome drawing...you make me jealous of your awesome anthro drawing skills. Keep up the great work!

I rewrote the artist comments. I didn't realize the scanner had faded it so badly.

Oh whoops....sorry I actually could read it! But it's good that you rewrote it for people who may have not been able to.

I meant I didn't know why it made me laugh so hard...but it did!

Again, awesome drawing!

Not all men are that bad, but my father had a set of bermuda shorts that he would wear in the summer....black and yellow plaid. We used to beg him not to wear them where the neighbors could see them....he could never figure out why. He bought them himself......I rest my case.

XD That's hilarious!

My dad buys these shirts that we lovenly call 'dishcloth shirts' since they have that plaid light colour look of one of those dishclothes you would buy at the store! XD He always gives us a look when we call them that! XD

I think he bought them himself...and also something we call 'funky chicken shorts' which I hope he doesn't wear in public too much! O_o

Just from the description alone, I don't want to know what those shorts look like. The sad thing is, my dad was a very handsome and classy man. My mom said he was a real clotheshorse when they first met. I can't beleive he degenerated so much over the course of the years. I'm fairly sure he wasn't even colorblind.

Gee that's kinda sad...with my dad he always dresses good and acts serious at work...but acts like a total goofball at home, so when he gets to wear casual wear at work his coeworkers aparently get a little nervous! XD

Sounds like a fun person. Just making people nervous wearing a pair of jeans....my kind of goofball.

No, he's the father of TWO teenaged girls and one teenaged boy...so COMPLETE Evil is required!

Of course the real rulers would be you and my Mom, my dad would be second/third in command! XP

and I would end up being one of your many minions...horray...

Well, of course it's a given that the women would be in charge. The men like to think they're the ones making all the decisions and we simply let them go on like that....it works out quite well and it makes the boys so happy.
Minions are a good thing.....you can't have too many minions.

Your father sounds like a wise and astute man.....such a rarity these days.
I would recommend cultivating your younger siblings as minions. Bribery usually works for a start, then later you can get into the sheer adulation and status worship a true minion requires....you don't even have to name them Igor anymore, that's so old fashioned.

Ghostgirl-Shanika In reply to westmoon1 [2009-06-30 15:48:57 +0000 UTC]

He's great, evil, but great!

I've tried it on little bro, but he strangly believes that he has these things called 'rights'. Besides he'd talk to much and would be very annoying as a minion.

...to tell the truth I'm too nice to actually have minions...maybe henchmen...but not minions...yes I believe there is a difference! XD

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

westmoon1 In reply to Ghostgirl-Shanika [2009-06-30 16:13:50 +0000 UTC]

Ahhhh, those irritating little activist sibling types....alas, once they get to that civil rights stage, they're just about impossible. It's best to enslave...I mean hire them when they're much younger.
Yes, I'm afraid you'll actually have to do it the hard way and pay people....oh well, life is hard sometimes.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Ghostgirl-Shanika In reply to westmoon1 [2009-06-30 16:38:18 +0000 UTC]

westmoon1 In reply to Ghostgirl-Shanika [2009-06-30 16:42:46 +0000 UTC]

You never NEED henchmen, in fact, most of the are notoriously incompetent. You need status and power. Henchmen are a measure of that status.....kind of like bling...or expensive cars.

Yes...cats are so fun to hug...well my sisters cat is easier to hug. MY cat will let you pet her, hug her maybe...but if you do it too much she will headbutt you or try to eat your hair! @_@ Crazy psyco cat....

westmoon1 In reply to Ghostgirl-Shanika [2009-07-03 17:45:13 +0000 UTC]

Eating your hair? Wow....that's a new one. Our cats are barely sociable, which is a darn shame because we are such suckers for lap kitties. Now all they want to do is sit on my laptop and drink out of my water glass....well, actually everyone drinks out of my mug...except maybe me. It's quite tiresome.

oh my really? Poor you! XD and your mug.

My sister's cat is a total lap cat...mine isn't. She'll let you pet her, or she'll sit on you funny, but that's it!

westmoon1 In reply to Ghostgirl-Shanika [2009-07-03 17:53:24 +0000 UTC]

Ours are a little wierd. We've had both of them since they were weaned, but neither of them is cuddly. Tucker is almost eleven years old and NOW he's starting to figure out that we'll pet him when he wants us to.....
The other one is totally neurotic, she only wants to be petted when I'm in bed trying to sleep. Then she gets up on top of me and starts poking me for attention. If I don't respond quickly enough, she starts using the claws.
She's gone for a few flying lessons when she sticks those sharp little claws into me at two in the morning, I tell you that. Doesn't learn from the experience though.

Ghostgirl-Shanika In reply to westmoon1 [2009-07-03 18:20:25 +0000 UTC]

Oh cats...they will do anything to please themselves and everyone else just has to live with it! XD I can totally sympathize with you giving your cat flying lessons, I give mine some too when she tries to smother me in the middle of the night! XD

This strangely reminds me of something my sister made up:

Man has dog
Dog has Man
Cat has All
All is right in the world

I thought it was funny.

That's the point. I've got some new friends reading his original story so I'll have some feedback soon. He is turning into an epic....
I have to admit, it's all a little wierd somehow...I adore your worlds, you have a creativity and twisty sense of humor I love. My characters almost immediately take a left turn to Pluto when I introduce them to your worlds....DaBoyz are so not what they started out to be.....and it's a good thing to stretch the imagination some....I don't think anybody would enjoy Rukylos's world very much...

Hmmm, well I'll post him and your other characters into the list (if I remember...gah I can be so forgetful! XD) I'll just put them as 'extra characters' until we know what roles they want to do/what they want to teach and stuff and then I'll put them up nice and proper!

I like your characters! and you have a great sense of humor! I can't wait to read more of Subsitute Reality!!

Cosette and Crescent would definitely be students, however unwilling. I was thinking Daniel would be a great truant officer....Marcus and Guillaume...well, you already have history and English professors, although both of them can fence and ride. Rukylos...maybe like a ROTC kind of thing or just being a general pain in the scales. They are all military men of one kind or another. They'd probably be a great security team for the school. Protect the students from outside evil and protect the school from the students....heeheehee.

and The guys will be the security team?? Is that what you want?
