It's been a bit since I tried painting a figure, usually because whatever I touch a brush to combusts in a fiery plume of awful, haha. This one turned out better than I expected. Paint is a very difficult medium for me -- everything is trial and error, I generally have no clue what I'm doing technique-wise. Advice is welcome!Related content

I'm not a painter, but this looks great to me. The lines flow, everything's crisp where it needs to be and explosive where it doesn't, and the colors are beyond awesome.
One small little knitpick that has nothing to do with the image; The title is "art is in her, it comes out of her skin"; but to me, the "art"(art in my interpretation being the abstract color) is coming from her hair.

Haha! I didn't think too much on the title. But technically it is correct, as hair comes out of the skin

But the hair is a separate entity from the skin, the title should be "Art is in her, it comes out of her scalp"
