How do you fade out the picture in the background? It's a cool effect. And I want to nom it.

^^ You have to make sure your layers for your drawing are merged and them select everything outside it with the magic wand tool> invert> ctrl-c to copy>undo merging with ctrl-z until you had the original amount of layers (unless you want to keep your layers merged)>ctrl-v to paste> mover that layer underneath the original layer> ctrl-t to change the size>make it bigger> move it to your desired location>opacity settings to whatever you like
