Description
Porto is the protagonist of my upcoming One Young Hero spinoff Meet the Mushroom Caps! I based him off of Luffy from One Piece, and the other Mushroom Caps are based off other Straw Hats.
He's very fond of the Fightinium Z around his neck, as it was given to him by his mentor, The Red Breloom.
