What d'ya mean? Like how to do these kind of comics?
Well, you can use any software you're comfortable using like Photoshop, illustrator or corel painter. You'll be needing a stylus pen tablet if you wish to draw direct to the computer. Though you can use the scanner if you wish to do a traditional art then adjust the levels, brightness and contrast to erase the light sketch lines.
