It had been a difficult investigation. Somehow, Queen City's criminals had been dying one by one. But they were soon spotted in out of the way places--places without extradition. White Owl traced them to someone called the Undertaker, only to take a heavy shovel to the back of her head.When she roused, groggy, she found herself in chains, and gagged. The soft thud of earth beside her forced her to look in horror at the fresh grave...the one the Undertaker was preparing just for her...
