Since her arms are coming toward the viewer I would expect more foreshortening on them. Basically try and make them a little thicker the closer they get to the flowers. I know it seems weird, but between that and having some wrinkles following the circumference of her arm you should get a good illusion of the flowers popping out toward you. Another way to help with the illusion of foreshortening, try making the lines thicker on objects closer to the viewer and thinner the further away.
A quick mention on the flowers, I think the paper surrounding them could be more wrinkled. The lack of detail and depth through shading makes it just looks like a border of a flat shape.
I like her expression it's very clear what her emotion is. It's my favourite part of this piece. The background is nicely reminiscent of a shojo manga page.
