This for some reason feels very adorable and cute and surprisingly sexy at the same time.
Cute in the way Luna and Twi are reacting in an awkward shy way. Either because of the risque bunny suit and or because they are other ponies looking at them(maybe because out of physical attraction or maybe because they think they look adorable).
And Sexy mostly due to the way they are posing and the way you drew the bunny suits. I don't know why but I kind of like the way you drew Celly, Luna and Twilight's rumps. Not to sound like a weirdo or anything but it kind of makes them look sexy.
Out of the 3 Celestia looks the best. Not only in terms of best rump and best designed bunny suit but I love the way she's reacting. Maybe she's flirting or maybe she knows that her subjects are watching them and she wants them to enjoy the spectacle.
I love the way Luna is reacting. Maybe she was no problem with wearing the bunny suit or that she's posing but except that she's a bit nervous that her subjects are that interested at Luna.
In a way it shows Celestia's fun personality. That despite being a 1000 year old immortal goddess she wants to have fun with her subjects. And maybe this was a way to show her subjects that she has no problem if her subjects are physically attracted to either her, her sister or her prized student.
Or maybe she wanted to shock her subjects by dressing up as Bunny girls. I think it would have been a bit more fitting if Twilight was an Alicorn because then it would make sense from a weird thematic level. That Celestia wanted to see the reactions of seeing both the goddesses of Light and Darkness and the resuscitated Goddess of magic and friendship dressed in a provocative way.
Sorry for the long and detailed comment but I kind of wanted to share my interpretation of it.
