Unoriginal title... my apologies but I'm not feeling particularly inspired at the moment.Since I'm not sure at this point when I'll be able to get any new artwork up, and my other projects have been delayed I figured I would go ahead and upload more of my older work. Just a quick doodle of Twilight looking sad, that grew out of an aimless sketch one evening. Just looking at her, I cannot get the 'why would you post that?' meme out of my mind...

Oh goodness... I am so very sorry that I was away from deviantART for several months, am only still just catching up with old messages, and never did respond to this! I would not have a problem with that at all, and looking at the story I can see that it was indeed used regardless of my lack of response, so that is a good thing! Once again, my apologies for that.

No, it's not just you, in this instance I think I just did a very poor job titling this picture and she honestly looks far more hurt/bewildered than sad, I'd say. That was my bad!

The sad truth is that roughly six months ago, I didn't even fully understand what the word "meme" meant (I am not exaggerating), but ever since I've become more involved with the Brony community, and with internet culture as a whole in turn I seem to be thinking in memes half the time. Perhaps ignorance really was bliss, for me in this instance at least.
And thank you very much, as always for the lovely compliments dear! This picture was a relative quickie that came out of nowhere, but I'm happy that the emotion seemingly still translates. And yes, I quite agree with you; it must be lovely to have a friend like Pinkie Pie in your life!
