Actually...the two fo them are on equal level if you think about it. Kyra has the Yamanaka skill with manipulation of the opponent, and sharingan; Kito has Maito Guy's massive strength & Kankurou's puppet manipulation skill. Although I gotta say...it would fit, since Kyra is actually a bit worse since her father is pushing her ot find a guy while Kito's parents are fine with him being single.
