I made these for fun and as gift ideas, originally in PKMNation I didn't have the "creation status" to make them offical. The mods were nice enough to see them and consider them worthy of becoming Rarity pokemon later, though I recall really just wanting them to be morph/shiny. It became an argument I lost, but I wanted them to be easily re-made so multiple people may enjoy them.
