Here is a new villain . Well... Anti-Villain might be a better term. Father Domingo Rodriguez has full faith and belief in the Lord. And for this the Lord has granted him True Faith, with such and ability he can defend the lambs against the forces of darkness. However Father Domingo is also a meta human, and an extremely powerful one at that. He is a very powerful Telekinetic.

These powers first appeared when he witnessed two metas fighting outside Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro. One was good, one was evil, but there fight endangered the people around them not to mention this huge symbol of faith. Father Domingo stopped them both in their tracks smiting each of them in the name of the lord. After that it became his personal quest to stop all such abominations (meta humans) so that the Lords people would be safe from their ilk.

This did not go unnoticed by the Vatican. A secret extremist group known only as the Knights of the Thorn, have given Father Domingo aid in his holy quest. The group dedicated to stopping all that they think is unholy.

I like the idea of something which could easily be something good being slightly misunderstood. Here is someone who can stop Villains in a heartbeat but not only will he stop them, but the heroes as well because they also have the ability to do damage.
