Though I've only seen Frankenweenie once, I remember Elsa. She certainly strikes me as a good person. I remember seeing how she felt when Victor said, "Oh, I was just pretending to sound like Sparky." (I don't remember exactly what he said, but I know he said something like that.) She then looked to her own dog and said, "Poor Victor... he really misses Sparky." At the end, I saw her cry when Victor lost his dog again and they thought he couldn't be brought back again.
I love Elsa, and I honestly believe they would make a cute couple. I mean, their dogs certainly like each other.
