That's really cute! Usually a skin colored Tshirt or the ace bandage binding can help with that. I have to bind for my Syaoran from TRC cosplay, and you can see it from the sides of my shirt since it's sleeveless, but from far away you can barely tell it's there.

They're relatively easy to make. Just get some foam, put it on a headband and hot glue it all together. They're kinda cheap too if you want that kind, but if you're talking a really nice pair then those will be expensive.

Not yet, we're trying to get someone from our group to do it. The guy I shared my booth with would make a perfect Fai, but he keeps saying that Fai looks gay and he doesn't want to cosplay a gay guy.
