Another Idea for a Monster for a Yu-Gi-Oh fan card. A support for the Buster Blader/Destruction Sword Deck (with Slight Synergy with The Spell Counters and the Dragoncaller Magician Pendulum Monster):

Destruction Swordswoman Dragonhexer

Attribute: EARTH
Level 7 Type: Spellcaster
ATK: 2300 DEF: 2600
Scale 9

Monster Effect:
Each time a Dragon-Type Monster is Normal or Special Summoned, place 1 Spell Counter on this Card. Once per Turn (Quick Effect), You can remove 3 Spell Counters from this Card; Set 1 Spell/Trap card that lets You remove any Number Of Spell Counters from The field, directly from your Deck, and If You do, shuffle cards your opponent controls into The Deck, up to The number Of "Destruction Sword" cards with different names in your GY.
Pendulum Effect:
Once per turn: You can send 1 "Destruction Sword" monster from your Deck to The GY, add 1 "Emblem Of Dragon Destroyer" from your Deck to your hand

I created this Card as a way to somehow tie The Dragon Horn Hunter/Dragon Core Hexer lore and The Card Dragoncaller Magician to Buster Blader's lore as a "Dragon Taming" Team
The name Dragonhexer is a pun to "Hex" Dragons, Allure them to a trap. And The suit is basically "Female Buster Blader". Although i might need to redo it one day while incorporating Spell Counters.
It is a Scale 9 so You could summon The Level 7 AND MAYBE Summoning her original selves (Dragon Core and Dragon Horn).
The Pendulum Effect sets up The GY for the Synchro Buster Dragon while making The "Emblem Of Dragón Destroyer" card relevant.
The Monster Effect is a reference to "Skilled White Magician" while Also setting (or forcing The Player) to use The Trap "Miracle Restoring". And in a Sense , is The Monster "Alluring Dragons to her Trap to defeat them without Killing them and giving The Deck a Removal option
