Behold your ultimate overlords. Shower them with pagaentry and wubs.Seriously, even if you hated the finale, how could you not be drowned in feels durring Celestia's Ballad? I knew the moment I heard it I needed to draw something. I also added in Luna and Cadance because I've wanted to draw a pic with all the princesses together for awhile.
Fair warning: If I see any anti Twilacorn comments, they'll be hidden. :>

I don't really like how Twilight was changed into an alicorn, kinda because it set an imbalance between the mane 6 but you portrayed her beautifully.
I have to say I love the idea of you putting all the other princess' in here <333 Simply stunning.
And that stain glass you set in the middle of them, gorgeous.
You even gave twilight a chest thingie xDDD plate, whatever, ingenious I haven't seen it yet
I do hate how in the newer seasons her crown got taken away. I loved that crown a lot more than her new one ; A;

Celestia's Ballad was by far the best moment in the whole episode and my favorite song in Season 3 by far! It made me think of how I started as a Brony back in 2011 when my sister got me into the series through "It's About Time". It also reminded me of the end credits sequence of Okami that showed animated memories on screens in a celestial plain with beautiful singing..... Coincidence? Point is, if not for the whole of The Crystal Empire, I'd say that moment was my favorite part of Season 3 entirely!

I remember seeing this Alicorn art piece a while ago when the hype for Alicorn Twilight was still strong.
Even to this day I still found it beautiful.
I really love you drew this. The back ground looks very surreal, dreamlike and pleasant. And I love how all the princesses are in together. The princess of love, The Princess of Darkness, The Princess of Light and The Princess of Magic.
Ever since I've seen Magical Mystery Cure I've found the whole concept of Twilight becoming an Alicorn moving and beautiful.
It's incredible that in a span of 2 years twilight turned from a small meekly shy bookworm to a beautiful and powerful goddess of magic.
When I saw the episode I interpreted that when Twilight fixed the spell the elements accidentally shot at her killing her instantly. Maybe that's the reason why she smiled.
Maybe since she believed that since the whole spell mixing cutie marks she thought that this was her punishment for her sins. Yet when she was already in the astral road(Maybe it's heaven?) Celestia congratulated her for risking everything even her very soul to make her friends happy.
I have to admit when Celestia showed Twilight her life flashing back I not only did not expected that I almost shed a tear.
But when Twilight started the Unicorn to Alicorn metamorphosis I don't know why but seeing her inoccent child like reaction while transforming is the part where i almost started to cry. She didn't knew what has happening, she was scared not knowing that her reward was more blissful, bountiful and beautiful. It's interesting to know that when she exploded in the astral road/heaven the sky almost exploded(Maybe her magic is that powerful it can almost break dimensions).
Also I really loved how she revealed herself to her friends as an Alicorn( I even loved the organ music they used). I was so happy how they were all cheering her up and congratulating her. But what I loved more is that she still kept her humility.
A lot of Bronies and Pegasisters in the fandom were angry that Twilight was becoming an Alicorn yet when it was released they now found it as not only incredibly satisfying but also beautiful, uplifting and moving.
Twilight Sparkle is an ordinary mare who did the extraordinary.

Twilight's reward, after everything she'd been through, was an *incredibly* moving moment. She'd been to hell and back, and I for one don't dislike the fact she was made an Alicorn: in fact I reckon not only was it her destiny - what else was the most magically powerful unicorn in Equestria going to become? - but it was richly deserved. I only want the rest of the Mane 6 to follow suit: they went through everything Twilight did, so they deserve it just as much. Besides, then all the Elements of Harmony would be back in the hoofs of Alicorns.
I also have a theory (probably way behind everypony else because I've only seen seasons 1-4) that the reason Celestia and Luna can't use the elements any more, is because Luna became Nightmare Moon and Celestia banished her, breaking the harmony of the world. Then the Elements needed new ponies to bond with.
