She's beautiful isn't she?
Here are some mistakes (minor): her left (from her perspective, right from ours) headphone isn't hidden by her hairs and seem to float there. You forgot her microphone. It's a shame the image isn't bigger.
Now the good news: like ~BlackDragonOfTheMoon said, the eyes are amayzing. The whole expression is very good, but those eyes are realy great. The whole thing is pretty, I like it.

I absolutely love the way you draw eyes. Everytime I look at one of your drawings they look so deep and gentle, something not everyone is able to draw.

True I really like gentle colours and styles of drawing. That's why I usually sketch rather than drawing details. It's really painful for me to draw every single details

Hmm, I'd say even though you call your drawings 'sketches', they still look pretty detailed in my eyes.
You always put great care into the anatomy, the clothes, the hair and the facial expressions.
So I'd say you subconsciously make everything detailed.
