Yay! A bright picture of my eevee OC Melia flying~ She always dreamt of flying, and this is how she came up with how to fly. Why she didn't just ask a flying pokemon to carry her, I'll never know.... (yes this was inspired by the flying pikachu with balloons)I haven't fixed my scanner yet... so the top of the balloons looks wierd because of the angle I took the picture from....bleah...need to fixscanner....

She must be happy, she made her dream come true without the help of a flying-type.
I like the colours and the position. I'm just a little unsure, if she won't fall over, because of where the balloons' strings are. Then again, I know at least humans have their balance point where the belly button is so... it could fit anyway.
