Their shop is located a ways away from civilization, closer to where they can easily obtain resources. Glass is sold and shipped out of a shopfront in the visage of a Camerupt. The glass production itself takes place behind the shop in a workshop that looks like Camerupt volcanoes; which can sometimes cause a bit of confused panic, though the owner seems to find that amusing. There are quite a few fire, ground, rock, and water Pokemon working there, but it is run by a small family.

------
Boron the Camerupt: An old, scruffy Camerupt who owns their business. He uses his volcanoes to operate the main batch furnace and keep glass in its molten state during shaping. While keeping the furnace heated he enjoys telling stories to his sons and making jewelry of both metal and glass. He is a good natured fellow and holds high hopes for his niece, who he tries to get to help him in running the furnaces.

Ann the Hippowdon: Boron's wife. Ann is a very diligent worker, making and forming most of the jars and bottles they sell. She is the one who really keeps the shop running in top order and keeps the other workers in line. She can be quite strict with how things flow during business hours, but she becomes much more relaxed once the work day is over. She is not fond of Boron's niece, finding her to be a freeloader.

Neil, Lehr, & Paris the Hippopotas': Three identical brothers who help their mother and father by working in the shop. They are energetic and eager to learn to do new things, but often work too quickly, which ends up messy. They most often are tasked with glassblowing or hunting for special minerals for production. To tell them apart, Ann has them wear colored bandanas in different ways; though that doesn't stop them from exchanging them between one another in an ongoing joke.

Silica the Numel: Silica is stubborn, stuck up, and vain. Her uncle invited her out to their shop to learn how to run the furnaces, but she was only interested in his jewelry making. Finding she was refusing to interact with anything that would dirty her fur, Ann placed her in the front of the shop to sell the wears (despite just wanting to toss her out entirely). Silica reluctantly stays at her position in the shop, hoping to eventually be allowed to learn jewelry making without having to heat the furnace herself. Her customer interactions are often curt, especially if she judges them repulsive or dirty.
