original at: [link]that's a pic I made for my sister on FAC, I like that movie, all of it exept the two parts of the new renasence, well, I liked it, but I didn't liked all the robotic and human masacre and the nude dudes >< I can't stand that kind of stuff I closed my eyes on most of it, and Matricule, I can't understand that one >< too complex for my little brain XD
so anyways XD hope you like it

The Second Rennsance was a pretty dark two part episode in the series. Needless to say a bit gruesome in some instances. From what I understand, it kind of serves as the backstory for the Matrix films starring Keanu Reeves. And I think the message behind the story is that THAT's the sort of thing that would happen if we create intelligent robots with free-will and conscience of their own; they'd eventually learn what "hate" is and then they rebel against their human creators. And that's exactly what happened in those wto episodes; we created robots, we mistreat them in the worst way, and then we pay the price for our selfishness and arrogance; the machines stand up and turn against us. Next thing you know, all hell breaks loose in the worst way imaginable.

Only scene in that 2 parter was when the humans grabed that Machine-Woman and bashed her head with hammer. Not only to mention they stripped her *Shiver Shiver*

I was too young to understand that when I saw it, that's why it scared me xD there is only one way to prevent that from happening: treating inteligent robots fairly. if AI gets so avanced, treating them like that could be considered a new form of racism.

I know what you mean. And I can understand why it would scare some people. Just the mere thought of robots turning against humanity is a terrifying vision. And I agree, it would be a new form of racism. Though given how flawed humanity is as a whole, I'd fear that the worse is yet to come should our careless decisions get in the way of common sense.

my word the whole thing was bloody damn brilliantly done! i cant say which ones were my favorite, as they each had such a strikingly individuality that came together so nicely in the end! the second renaissance was amazingly done, and this piece of work captures it all! ^O^

The first part of the Second Renaissance had humans on the pedestal, but after the interim it was the machines' turn to take over.
It was grim, harsh, even realistic. Just pure genius. Must've been my favourite episode aside from Beyond.

Well, nothing could compare to Detective's Story because it was too badass.
It was too strong? I thought it was an accurate depiction of war with a superior race, a race of machines that had outgrown the limits we set for them.

tanx, the only ones I liked were "a kid's story"and "detective's story" I somewhat liked it becouse of the animation but it was really anoying, the same animation on other topic or a bit less violent would be great
I'm normally into "creepy" stuff XD but not REALLY creepy stuff like devils and all that stuff, I hate that kind of things, I only like drawing ghosts, monsters and all that, NEVER demons or something
