Description
This one was the guitar solo of our run on LOTDK. A friend told me this color combination wouldn't work, I think it did. Who doesn't love a pink Batman?Drawn by Chris Brunner , colors by me.

Damn! I really wished you posted this larger. The colours are really amazing and works so well to enhance the artwork rather than overpower it.

Aww...but that means I have to go through all that trouble, lol. But I must say I have not come across the names (like Chris Brunner) you have coloured. Their work is awesome. Good to see fresh talent. I really dislike coloring like liquidology on Joe Mad. Your colour palette is quite sophisticated.

I think the colour scheme looks fine although I think your competing with your background a bit (the buildings).
It's clear that you took care to try and create a sense of space with between Batman and the helicopter.
Does Chris like drawing Batman, I can't help but feel that Batman looks a little less than heroic; just a bit old and constipated...

That's interesting, he doesn't strike me as the prototypical Superman artist, I see him more as a "100 Bullets, Daredevil or Punisher" sorta guy, primarily due to his generous use of blacks.*
The first thing I saw of his was the Powerman image that you coloured (where he's bending the crowbar). The moment I saw that I thought that he'd be great doing the "street level" types of characters.
Chris has those great city streets and very plausible looking figures, you've got that smart palette-- I'd love to see you guys work on a "kick your momma out the window" type character with great dialogue and blue collar morality.
Sorta like Bruce Willis in the latest Diehard.
Of course, this is just my opinion...

That is some cool stuff but I love his Fantastic Four manga over Keron stuff the best. The pages printed dark but you should see the files. They are crazy good.
