That's how I presume/assume her original/"civilian" form to look like since when we first see her on Justice League she's already Killer Frost and the show has never bothered to explain her backstory or who she even WAS before becoming "Frost".

Yeah. All they did "establish" was that she was Frost, she's already mad with power to the point that Grodd convinced her to join his "Secret Society" just by promising her a gigantic (metaphorical) silver platter's worth of targets because 'She just loves killing', and that she already has run afoul of and has a bone to pick with/against the League for quite some time.

I'd say her backstory would be that she was abused by a lot of people in her life, like her parents, friends, workers, etc.
She was a scientist who worked in a cryogenics lab, and then a freak accident occurred, giving her ice powers. She was labeled a freak and a threat, so she was locked away, and her trauma from everything that happened to her in her life enraged her, making her believe that everyone hates her and she'd be better off if they were all dead.
She then breaks out and kills everyone around her, which makes her feel good and powerful. And since then, she's been on a homicidal rampage.

Well to me it's a mixed bag. The way you wrote her origins had me thinking early to mid 20s when she first got her powers and went on a rampage, but that said, I'd say that her new.... "Condition" had somewhat permanently stunted her aging process so she's still PHYSICALLY an early to mid 20 year old attractive (if white skinned, blue haired and black eyed) young woman but MENTALLY, she's now an extremely hardened, bitter, psychotic, and murderous early to mid 40 year old (late 30s at the youngest) woman who's so far gone only the murderous psycho is left under that shell of hate and anger.
